Preregistered Yin Yoga and Meditation Classes: Cultivating Receptivity and Courage

During this period, you'll receive 10 prerecorded yin classes and two meditation practices that you'll have access until Jan 2nd. You'll receive a link and password to a secure page on my website to allow you to access the classes at any time. These are classes I've recorded over the past two years and will remain relevant and helpful for navigating the our current predicament. I’ll also be adding some specific new guided meditations and a dharma talk in October.
